I am rejecting this response because:
Good Morning [redacted],   As to our conversation this morning, I’m writing to you a list of items that have not been taken care of and of some new ones. I have enclosed some photos of the problems. Armadillo Foundation said they would be coming back 30 days from leveling so that the house could settling and they have not been back. 1.       The wall still does not touch the floor. 2.       The French door that was not closing and causing the alarm to go off is now separating apart. 3.       The house cracks are getting much larger. 4.       The house on the side of the drive way is lower at the back side. 5.       The back porch that [redacted] said they would fix when they came back has fallen even more and it is now putting more stress on the roof.   I would greatly appreciate if you could help us contact the company. So that these issue may be addressed and completed.

Dear Ms. [redacted], The following is our response to the above noted complaint ID number. Mrs. [redacted] is not telling a complete account of what happened in her complaint. What she is telling that is correct: ·         She did have foundation work done and it was...

a very poor job, the house was left in shambles. Armadillo Foundation did do her foundation repair. We got a city permit, and we have an engineer's letter (a coFry,was given to the [redacted]'s). We did everything as we do with all our customers. Rebuilt the foundation that was done so poorly. Once repairs where complete we closed it in and properly vented the skirting. What she is not stating in her complaint: ·         As soon as we completed the foundation they had work done on the inside of the house, the bathroom was redone, all walls, fixtures, plumbing, etc. Around 30 days later Mr. [redacted] called and stated the area around the bathroom was sinking. I sent a foreman to inspect the problem. He found a pool of water 20 to 30 feet wide full of water and a larger muddy area, He reported to me that there was a bad leak. The [redacted]'s called their plumber who had done their new bathroom. The plumber went to the house to inspect the leak and reported to them he had forgot to connect the main drain. He repaired the problem and went on his way. ·         I referred the [redacted]s to the part of our guarantee where it states water Teaks are not covered under the guarantee. Water leaks are the worst thing to happen to a foundation especially newly repaired foundations. ·         I offered to help them fix the foundation, before we could get started I started having major health issues, I was having spells and got worse and worse. I ended up in the hospital because of a stroke, within 2 weeks I had a second stroke, and my business went down with me. I am sure the plumber has insurance and I think that is who the [redacted]s should be contacting in regards to being reimbursed for repairs needed to the house since it was his error that caused the damage to their house. [redacted] is a friend of mine and I am trying to work out something that will work for both of us. The cause of the damage to his property was the leak under the bathroom (that the plumber forgot to complete) and because leaks void the guaranty Armadillo Foundation is not responsible for the damage. The repairs are expected to be $3,500.00 to $4,000.00 I am willing to go 50/50 on the repairs.

In regards to Mr. & Mrs. [redacted] complaint # [redacted], I advised Mr. [redacted] that my dad Mr. [redacted] talked to Mr. [redacted] on Nov. 23, 2016 and informed him of the fact our foreman had been  hospitalize 2 times since he was to return to the [redacted] house to make final adjustments. It is my understanding that Mr. [redacted] was not aware [redacted] had been in the hospital and is welling to wait until [redacted] is released to return to work to complete the work needed on his home.

I am rejecting this response because:I am rejecting thier response!!Responding to message there was no engineer invoice when signing contract. Contract was for another...

residence dated 2013. Also, lumber bought was not ever $100 dollars. We've also attached work schedule that did't work no more 20 hours. My husband never told their employee about getting someone else since we had already spoken to [redacted] and given her cashiers check #[redacted] dated Aug 14,2015. I never got a call to sign no contract. [redacted] never showed up at job site only know him by phone. Contract was signed on 17 Aug 2015 ( receipt attached ) of cashiers check, 22 the workers pickup tools and removed bottle [redacted] from house (home fell 8 inches) They started working 18th and stopped 21st Aug, 22nd they picked up tools. We waited 2 weeks when [redacted] and [redacted] called engineer passed away. Picture's 1. 4x6x20 bought 4 that was it. bottom is trash that was left-hired someone else to remove trash. 2. Top picture trash/bottom side of house took [redacted] off-3. Blocking on top of old posts. 4. Blockings old poles/jacked up and put shims. 5. New Beam cut put top of old poles. 6. Old/New poles/cut around to fit post.     We spoke to attorney 22nd. Work was not even ever $1,000 worth.                [redacted]   [redacted]
