Thank you for respondingI did, in fact reach out to Armadillo numerous times, including the website and also eventually spoke with a lady by the name of IdaShe told me who to contact and also told me my home was built May of so it is not years oldShe also told me that my house is still under warrantyWhen I called the warranty place, they did not have record of my address so when I called Ida back, she was going to look it up and get back to meI am waiting for her responseShe has been extremely helpful and I do appreciate you all reaching out to get this situation solvedI do not feel this is a cosmetic issue because we have only had the house months and if the cracks showed up (a lot of big ones), then there would be an underlying issue, correct?
Regards,

I am rejecting this response because: I said nothing about the foundation I stated that the nails were popping out of the structure and because of that cracks are appearing on every wall in the home.  My mother's home was  built in the 1960's and there are no nails popping out. Also the report by a previous customer who home was 2 years old experience the same issues (nails popping out). This seems to be a common problems with Armadillo homes. That is true I am not the original owner but Armadillo should still fix the problem do to poor craftsmanship.

I am responding to the Revdex.com claim from Mrs. [redacted], owner of [redacted]. Mrs [redacted] requested that we replace her tub on 11/2.  The tub has been replaced and we are finalizing cosmetic touch up and house cleaning today 11/6.   Thank you for the phone call, and I understand...

that our account has been unlocked.   We will continue to communicate with our buyers and the Revdex.com in a timely fashion. Service is our top priority.       Sent from my iPhone   [redacted]       Sent from my iPhone   [redacted] VP of Construction

Thank you for utilizing the Revdex.com's site to register your concerns. I have followed up with our customer service department and we have no record of you registering a complaint with our company. Our phone number is [redacted]. A more convenient way of contacting us can be done through our website at...

armadillohomes.com. I will also let our customer service representative know about your concerns.
At this particular point the only warrantable item on your home is the structure itself. Cosmetic items are not warrantble on a home that is almost 10 years old. The home does come with a transferable 2-10 warranty that our company purchased for the original home owners. The best course of action is to contact the insurance company and file a warranty request through them. That information should have been handed to you at closing by the sellers of the property. They in turn will send engineers to see if in fact the structure has problems. They will also contact us to do an investigation if deemed necessary.
I am assuming there was a third party inspection done prior to you closing on the property. if there were any structural concerns I believe it would have come up at that particular time as well.
Thank you,
[redacted]
