to be changed. We gave him a quote for $350 which he discussed with his wife and she confirmed they could do it. He came to pick up the car when he was done and he was given $50 off, making the total $300. He took one of the mechanics to prove the car was not shaking anymore. When he came back he was happy and we told him it would need more services though, including the timing belt and was given a quote of $600. He inquired why we didn't tell him about the belt before he picked up the car but we didn't know until the work was done that it also needed to be replaced.
