RE: complaint # [redacted] Expired gift cards are no longer in our computer system.Having received the gift card so close to it's expiration date, I explained that we could have extended it by days as a courtesy had we been contacted prior to expiration.The gift card was already 7+ weeks expired when we were contacted.No receipt from the purchaser has been provided

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: It is unfair that a gift card, that full value was paid for should expire in days Please confirm that Armando's policy is days (+days at manager/owner discretion) I am still trying to get the receipt from the purchase that was made in November of 2016, but it was a gift so it is a little rude to do so I am sure the business owner would have records of the transaction that was made by credit card over the phone since it was only months ago No gift card, when full price has been paid, should be expired in just months.Regards,*** ***[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, the consumer must give a reason why they are rejecting the responseIf the consumer does not provide a reason the complaint will be closed Answered]
