They have great cloths and amazing products but no customer sense at all. If you buy anything at AX they will not exchange or replace defective items and they are very happy to point to the exchange policy and send you on your way. The store in Cerritos mall is not an exception to their lack of customer service. I used to love buying cloths and gifts at this store but after the poor service I received on 1/13/18 from Marlynn, Sara and JR at Los Cerritos Center I will take my business elsewhere.

I gave a hut to my brother and law for Christmas and unfortunately it had a defective clip. He took it to the store for an exchange and was told that they couldn’t exchange it without proof of purchase. I went to the store to speak to the manager as an attempt to get the defective hut replaced but I was unsuccessful. I spoke to 3 manager Manlkynn, Sara and Jr. And was not able to get an exchange on the defective hut because they said that they need proof of purchase just in case that someone stole the hut. I did a lot of shopping for the Holidays and can’t find the sales receipt for the hut therefore I am left with a defective hut and having to replace the hut/gift out of my own pocket. The hut is new and still in the bag but unfortunately they weren’t willing to OWN the issue. Don't spend your money here.

Review: My girlfriend purchased a pair of pants from Armani Exchange location in Las Vegas, Nevada on 12/**/2015. She did wear them the next day. All the black die transferred to her very valuable Burberry purse which she had purchased 6 months ago for $1400.00. We went back to the store on 12/**/2015 and talked to the manager. He took our information and he said he was going to talk to the Corporate Offices. I was contacted by the Regional Manager on 12/**/ 2015 and, I was told that there was nothing that could be done because there was a tag on the pants with the fine print that explains the garment could be bleeding. This may be understandable in the washing process as the pants being black and shouldn't be mixed with the light colors, or the light colors could be tinted. But, would anyone buy a garment knowing it will be tinting the other pieces of clothing she is wearing or in contact with during the daily life?

This Strictly is a Quality Issue That Destroyed Her Personal Belonging. This garments should have never retailed to the customers. A tag with the fine print makes Quality Problems Go Away?

In her case, she was visiting from Turkey and she doesn't speak English Language. So, she didnt know about the tag. Armani Exchange Is An International Brand and, It's Not Right To Hide The Quality Issues Behind A Fine Print. Who would buy a garment knowing that Is Going To Tint The Other Pieces Of Clothing On Their Body?

We are respectfully looking for a Resolution In this Case..Desired Settlement: We are asking Armani Exchange Corporation to Cover The Cost Of The Bag, As The Ink On It Is Beyond Cleanable.

Review: Hi,I purchased a leather jacket online from Americanexchange (AX) on 2/**/13. I only wore it twice since weather became warmer and therefore I put the jacket in my closet afterwards. I have bought from AX numerous times but nothing like a jacket. They claimed it is a leather jacket and I have had leather jackets and the color should be prestine and not fade over time. So a week ago I was trying to grab another clothe from the closet and I noticed the jacket is fading to white!!! I contacted the AX and they say if not satisfied I have to return in 30 days. In this case they sold me a defective material that did not show fade until I noticed it 6 months after. I can send pictures if needed. They keep telling the return policy is 30 days but to me if the product they sent backs up their claim "being a leather jacket". A leather jacket should not fade color and they should not sell something defective under their well known name. All I am asking is either replacement or my money back since it costed me $537 for that jacket. 30 day return policy is if I don't like the jacket but I did. There was no way for me to know the material was defective in 30 days. If AX claims it is a leather jacket then they have to explain why it faded in 6 months!! Otherwise they are committing a labeling fraud to me. I could have bought leather jackets for much cheaper from other stores but I decided to buy from them cause I trusted their website description and their brand name. I appreciate your help in advance.Desired Settlement: I think for $537 worth of jacket I expect it to be real leather jacket as they claimed when selling it and not be defective to a point that it fades color sitting in a closet. I can send the jacket to them and they can examine the jacket anyway they want to but they refuse that too.

Review: I have purchased some items from Armani exchange online (order number [redacted]). When I received it I tried it out and made sure everything was ok before I washed it. Once I washed it followed the instruction on the label, the problem began. There is a plastic strip on the shoulder inside the shirt that I didn't or anyone would know/see. So when I put the shirt on, it scratched my shoulder whenever I made a movement. Yesterday 6/**/13 I called Armani to get it returned, and the csr helped me sent in an e-mail request. I got a replied today and it was denied because it was washed. I called and talk to [redacted] (employee id [redacted]), but he refused to give me a refund because it was washed and careless of what the problem was. I have told him that I will file the complain with Revdex.com and he said it's ok. I know that once it was washed, there is no returned. But the clothes that I have purchased are defectives. I would know there was a problem with the shirt unless I washed it. So is this mean Armani expect me to accept the defects. I have never purchased any clothes from any companies that actually hurts my body physically! In case anyone didn't know. if the same area on a person's body keeps getting scratched, it will get red and bleed. Is this how Armani does its business?Desired Settlement: All I want is a full refund. If Armani wants I can wear the shirt for a hour and take a picture of the scratches as prove.

Review: While visiting New York City on vacation in October from Ohio I purchased a coat from Armani Exchange in [redacted]. I have worn the coat maybe 4 times and the zipper wripped off of the coat. I phoned Armani Exchange to see if I could have the coat sent in for repair or returned/exchanged. They replied I would have to travel to the New York store and see if they are willing to help me and if they are not there is nothing they can do. I explained I live in Ohio and this isn't an option. I am willing to pay shipping. She wasn't willing to help me. This coat wasn't cheap. It was over $200.Desired Settlement: If the coat is unable to be repaired, I would like a refund or store credit. The ideal option is for the coat to be repaired without me traveling to an Armani Exchange.

Review: I purchased $1200.00 of clothing through Armani Exchange website online. The following day (see attached emails for dates) the entire purchase went on sale for at least 40% off. I called customer service immediately and talked to the man for over 57minutes. He assured me that they would refund the difference. I mentioned that I could return the purchase then re purchase at the sale price and I was advised not to, and it it wouldn't be a problem. (Keep in mind I still haven't recoeved my clothes yet). I never heard back so I followed up about a week or two later and I was informed that they would not be refunding me.

So to summarize. An Armani exchange representative told me they would refund the difference between the price I purchased my order for and the new sale price, and not to re order and return. Then after I was able to do so, I had to try and get ahold of them to figure out that I wouldn't be refunded. I also have sent them 3 more follow up emails in the last two months with no response. And they won't send me the phone conversation.Desired Settlement: I would like a fair outcome to both parties per the Armani price adjustment posted on their site. Which is at least $40 off my original purchase.

Review: No delivery of my ordersI placed 6 orders below at www.armaniexchange.com on [redacted]. But so far I haven't received them yet. I checked with [redacted] and [redacted] told me all parcels were refused because the merchant didn't print the right address on the shipping label. Specifically, they didn't print the box #[redacted] on the shipping label. My correct address is [redacted] told me that all parcels were returned to the merchants. When I last checked with the merchant on Dec **. they told me there is no update yet. It has been more than 25 days since I placed the order.AX order no[redacted] tracking number[redacted]xxx-xx-xxxxDesired Settlement: I want the merchant to re-ship the same items in the orders ASAP.

Review: I have been a customer of Armani Exchange for many years. Over the past several years I have routinely purchased thousands of dollars per year for my clothing. I sent several letters and made several calls. I was promised with each call and escalated response for my complaint. In the Spring of last year, I purchased a sweater for 95.00. After wearing it twice, the metal tag on the bottom started coming off and tearing the sweater's fabric. I also purchased a pair of jeans for 125.00. This also had a metal tag on the back of the jeans. After a few washings, the metal tag ripped the jeans and they are no longer able to be worn. They have a large hole in the back where the jeans were torn. I asked for compensation and was told someone would call me back. No one has responded to me despite me being a long time loyal customer.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund or store credit for the full amount. As offered in the past, I would be willing to return these items back to the store. The store told me to complain to customer service, which I did several times with no response.

Review: I placed an order on December [redacted]. My order number is [redacted]. When I received the confirmation email, I noticed that it was missing a street address.. I called the customer service and told them about the issue. They updated my street address and informed me that since the dress was already shipped to me they will have to wait till they get the dress back and reship it to me. Since then I have called them every week and have not received my product or any call from the company. It was my first time ordering from them and it was fairly disappointing that they have not made any effort to resolve this issue.. I made the payment and have nothing to show for it. Each time I call, the rep tells me that they have "escalated" this complaint and someone will contact me soon and it does not happen.Desired Settlement: At this point I would like them to ship me my order and offer me some kind of compensation for my frustration and wait.

Review: I was not handed my receipt at columbus circle store 106.

When I went to make return I was told that I could only get store credit, even though I paid with credit card.

I was told to call online store not corporate directly.Desired Settlement: I want a 272.19 refund for 1/**/2016 8pm purchase with card ending in [redacted].

Review: Attempted to place and order online. Once with a friends card on 1/*/15, again with my card on 1/*/15. Both times order failed, but held funds.

I have been a long time & faithful customer of this company. On 1/*/2015 my friend wanted to order a few items for me, but the order failed and held the funds from her account so she was hesitant to place a second order only to have twice the amount of the order frozen in her account. I tried to place the order on 1/*/15 w/ the the same result. When I called customer service there answer was only "We don't know why it failed but you can place the order w/ us".

The order was $122.20, but to place the order a second time Armani would hold $244.40. This is a huge inconvenience. I asked to speak to a [redacted] and was told the only [redacted] stepped off the floor.

After holding for 10 minutes I spoke with [redacted] in the [redacted] office who told me the only thing she could do is waive the shipping, but since the shipping was free because of the amount of my order there was nothing she could do. This is totally unacceptable for a company of this size to have basic orders fail, hold twice the amount of the customers money only to say we are unable to give you any credit for this inconvenience.

I am extremely unhappy w/ the lack of compassion and customer service by a company of this size, especially for a faithful customer.Desired Settlement: I would like them to correct the issue w/ their website, and figure out what is fair compensation for inconveniences that hold twice the amount of a customers order for an error on the companies side.

I will never shop with this company again if I am not treated better as a customer.
