I spoke to this gentlemen myself times and told him that the container needed to be paid for and the contractor informed me that the customer was responsible for the fee for the container we are just waiting to be paid for our services that we provided

Review: I hired a contractor to build a retaining wall. Contractor hired Armar carting to cart waste. Contractor was paid in full. Contractor whose name is on carting billing, did not pay for services. When carting company was contacted on Dec ** 2014 to remove debris, home owner was told that dumpster could not be moved due to non payment. I called carting company numerous times, aske to speak to [redacted] who was never available. Was told by young lady who answered phone, [redacted], that they are trying to contact contractor to settle manner. In the meanwhile I am not able to get into or out of my garage because there is a dumpster in my driveway.Desired Settlement: Remove dumpster from my driveway with its contents. I already paid contractor, I should not be made to suffer due to his non-payment. Thank you.

Review: This company has overcharged me $173.54 resulting in my mortgage bouncing because of the unauthorized, unexplained charges.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back asap. Also the public needs to know that this company keeps your information on file and swipes whenever and however they feel.
