I have ordered three times already.
The material is soft that I don’t feel the scratchy on my face. The ear loops never broken. I wear it all day at work and I don’t feel muggy. I will keep ordering.

We have ordered these masks twice already and two additional times for my aging parents. The quality of the masks are great, they fit well and arrived within a week of being ordered. Also like the fact they are make in the USA.

The masks this company produces are exceptional. Upon receiving my first order, I placed my second. They are a new company that seems to have worked out the kinks. My experience from placing my order to receiving it has been a positive one.

I have placed two orders so far. Both were received in good condition and in a reasonable time. The quality of the masks is excellent. The founder and employees of ArmbrustUSA are to be commended for making a great product right here in the USA.

Excellent quality masks. I have ordered hundreds so far and all have been of high quality. So happy we have a manufacturer here in the US making high quality masks. We need them!!

I ordered masks on June 22, 2020. They were to ship NLT July 1st. I received an email stating they had shipped June 29th. However, when I checked 16 days later, the masks had not even been picked up by the post office. When I contacted the company, I was told the masks were "stuck" in pre-shipment. She said she created a new label, and the masks would ship July 14th, but she didn't give me the new tracking number. I waited two days, but the masks still haven't left the facility. I've been lied to over and over, so I requested cancellation of my order and a refund of my money. I don't know if these people even have any masks to ship. I just hope I get my money back.

I ordered and paid for masks from this company on 6/30/2020 with the promise of 3 day shipping, on 7/13/2020 I still have not received them or heard anything from the company after 3 texts, 2 emails, and 2 phone calls and

ARMBUST fail to delivery product on time, and fail to response to customer's question too.

ARMBUST suppose ship 100 masks to me on 6/1/20, but as of 6/22/20 I have not received them yet. In the meantime, I have send them three e-mails and one text message, and yet, I do not hear anything form them yet.

ARMBUST send out a video mention they do not have enough capacity to delivery mask in time for ship date after 6/5. And yet, they still TAKING order on their web site. I concern ARMBUST maybe a fake businesses. Since I need those mask, I will wait another week before cancel it.

We had an overwhelming number of orders and could not seal and ship the packages quickly. Our local Austin news station covered this including problems here. https://www.***The issue is that a lot of people have been by-passing our system to purchase multiple orders when we are limiting to one per person. We are trying to get these important masks into as many people's hands as possible, so I purposely kept the price low. But this has drawn out the deal people who are taking advantage of our generosity here. For people who have bypassed the system and ordered more than one we are offering to 1) ship one item and refund the rest, 2) get a full refund, 3) wait and we will fill their order in a few weeks. This was all in the emails we sent them but many of these messages have been caught in spam.In addition, each customer has the ability to cancel their own order on their order page.We are actually getting caught up so fI marked his order to ship today and in fact all orders of 100 will be shipped today (all single orders have already been shipped). Can you please do me a huge favor? I really really need this help and you are probably an expert in this world. I need to get this message out there: We don't want to keep people's money, we just want to get these life-saving masks into as many hands as possible. If someone wants their money back we will do so immediately, or they can even do it themselves. I don't think this person is malicious or anything, I think they were just confused about our policy and that kills me. It kills me that she thinks we are trying to take her money. I'd never do that and if she would have understood the email we sent, I don't think she would feel cheated.What should I do?

I placed the order on May 23, 2020, $100(4 boxes of mask) + $18.46(shipping), Total of $118.46.
USA-Made Medical-Grade Face Masks (Pack of 50) - Ships June 5 × 4
They sent me an email on May 23, 2020 that they were getting the order ready to ship to me and will email me when they sent out the order. When I placed the order, they said the order will ship on June 6, 2020. I noticed that they have already charged my credit card of $118.46 on May 23, 2020. I sent an email to them on 6/5/2020 and told them they should only charge my credit card on the day that they are ready to ship my order. Then they sent me their response below:

"Hey CC,
There are a few people who were able to order more than a quantity of 1 and we aren't sure how.... guess you're pretty smart ??
Our system was designed to only allow a quantity of 1 per person at the moment, in order to prioritize getting masks out to those in the healthcare industry. Since you ordered more than 1, we are unable to fulfill the entire order at the moment, but are happy to send out 1 with an additional 10 masks since you've had to wait!
Please let me know if you would like me to send 1 out now and inform you as soon as the others are set to ship!
Of course, if you would prefer to cancel this order, please let us know and we will make sure to do so.

After receiving *** replied on 6/6/2020, I emailed to him and asked how long it takes for him to ship the rest of the order if they can only send me one box? He never reply me.
If they cannot fulfill the order, why they keep taking order? My friend told me that their church ordered it from them, they never sent them product. The owner is not honest, they took the order and charge people credit card without shipping the order.

I am rejecting this response because:

They did not refund money and did not send face mask as promised. If they refunded me the money, they should send me a refund notice or receipt. Nothing send from Armbrust, however, they still taking preorder on their web site. Absolutely dishonest. They know they cannot fulfill customer order, but still taking preorder, and charged customer's credit card.
