We would need dated documentation (court orders) to give to our billing company and collection agency to try to remove from collections I wish [redacted] would have contacted me directly via email as she had in the pastI could have tried to help her resolve the issue as I was trying to with communication and documentation she had given me Thank you, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I never received calls from their billing company; the first call I got was from a collections attorney last monthI spoke with someone on the phone, which clearly I will never do again for this business because it was not documentedThe teenager who signed me up specifically told me it was not a contract so from the beginning I was lied toI'm guessing this is also the person I spoke to on the phone about the restraining order; not to mention the employees I saw the one time I went into the club with the restraining order and bruises from the incidentI was never given the option to speak to the owner, and the last I heard the general manager was going to check with him to see if they could comp me guest passes in exchange for the cancellation feeI never heard back Sincerely, [redacted]

Good morning.  [redacted] didn't speak to an owner regarding her membership she spoke to myself the General Manager, [redacted].  I have attached all email correspondence between [redacted] and I.  She never once spoke of restraining order to me in person or over email.  The first...

time we spoke she said she wanted to cancel because she wasn't competing anymore that year and only came to gym to work with her trainer.  I explained at that time that she was in a contract and she had to pay contract out unless she was moving and then I need proof of residency and there was a $100 cancellation fee.  We emailed back and forth and the last correspondence I personally had with her she was supposed to let me know a day to draw the $100 cancellation fee.  Which she never did.  Then for months our billing company tried to reach her via phone, email and mail- they got no response (see attached notes and emails) We hired our billing company to help alleviate any problems.  They reach out to them for three months before they are sent to collections.  Our system is also set up to email the member a copy of their contract they day they sign up.  She signed the year contract and had three days to cancel if she didn't agree to the year contract.  Please let me know if there is anything else I can give you that will help us dispute this claim.  Thank you[redacted], General Manager [redacted]  [redacted], Owner [redacted]
