for your letter alerting us to a complaint from a Ms. Stephanie [redacted]. We
did receive a letter from Ms. [redacted] notifying us of an issue she was
experiencing with a watch that was serviced at our store. Her watch, which was
serviced 30 years prior, had a new quartz movement...

installed, a dial refinish,
and a new band attached on March 28th, 2017 by one of our watch
repairmen. She brought the watch in on several occasions within the last year
stating that the watch was stopping. We serviced her watch 4 times since March
2017 at no charge to Ms. [redacted]. We wanted the watch to run successfully as
much as she did. Unfortunately, our watch repairmen, who has several years of
experience, was unable to get the watch to run without flaw. We deeply
apologize to Ms. [redacted] for the frustrating series of events, and for the
inconvenience we have caused. We pride ourselves on responding to customers'
concerns very quickly, so what she experienced is inexcusable. As of March
22nd, a check has been written to Ms. [redacted] in the amount of
$153.12 to reimburse her for the watch repair. We also called her to apologize
for the inconvenience we caused her. We have
included a report showing the multiple times we tried to fix her watch at no
charge.Please let
