Thank you for your letter alerting us to a complaint from a MsStephanie [redacted] We did receive a letter from Ms [redacted] notifying us of an issue she was experiencing with a watch that was serviced at our storeHer watch, which was serviced years prior, had a new quartz movement installed, a dial refinish, and a new band attached on March 28th, by one of our watch repairmenShe brought the watch in on several occasions within the last year stating that the watch was stoppingWe serviced her watch times since March at no charge to Ms [redacted] We wanted the watch to run successfully as much as she didUnfortunately, our watch repairmen, who has several years of experience, was unable to get the watch to run without flawWe deeply apologize to Ms [redacted] for the frustrating series of events, and for the inconvenience we have causedWe pride ourselves on responding to customers' concerns very quickly, so what she experienced is inexcusableAs of March 22nd, a check has been written to Ms [redacted] in the amount of $to reimburse her for the watch repairWe also called her to apologize for the inconvenience we caused herWe have included a report showing the multiple times we tried to fix her watch at no charge.Please let us know if there are any other questions or concerns.Regards,
