Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Based on the job completed, in this case finishing hardwood floors, it was very clear that they had no idea what they were doingWe were on a tight timeline and the project was already delayed by almost weeksThey used stain on a floor when we clearly asked for a "natural" finishThe stain was not put on quickly enough and around the entire perimeter it was about shades lighterOn top of that, the polyurethane coat had thousands of bubbles throughout the entire floorIn no way could I think they could refinish the floors properlyIt was clear that they did not know what they were doingOn top of that there were a couple of other projects that we paid in advance and were not completedAsking for a refund for the floors and the projects that were not even done is as simple as we could askMoney was not refunded for the floors and not even for the projects that they didn't even do! HE CALL ME AND TOLD ME TO PICK UP MY TOOLS AND GET OFF THE JOB I TOLD HIM I WOULD TAKE CARE OF ANYTHING THAT I DID HE SAID IAM MAD AND DONT TO TALK AND HAD SOMEONE TO DO IT AND WANT ME TO PAY FOR IT WHEN I COULD TAKE CARE OF THE PROBLEM

I TALK TO THE OWNER HE TOLD ME HE DONT HAVE THE MONEY TO DO THE JOB THE RENTER HAVE TO PAY AND HE DONT HAVE MONEY AND THEY DONT HAVE ANY INSURANCE THE ROOF NEED TO BE REPALCE

the only thing I know about is the floor I deed not do the stairs he told me to get off the job I told him I could take of ever thing he didn't call me back and I got two people can tell you the same

I will pay for the floor I need invoice and I want to see the floor I will not pay for anything beyond that I could have taking care of it but I did not have chance I was told to get off the gob if we have to go to court? ? ? ? ? ? ? that what we have to do
