In response to Mrs. [redacted]'s complaint, I would like to state that the contract between the customer and I was fulfilled. The customer continuously asked us to perform tasks that were not listed in the contract. During the entire process of painting the interior of her home we used plastic Visqueen, which are large plastic sheets used to protect flooring and other fixtures, that were also covered with drop cloths to ensure no damage would occur.
The customer wanted her ceiling's popcorn scraped and sprayed with a double knockdown texture, which gives the surface of the ceiling a different look and texture that it previously had. During the initial estimate that was submitted to Mrs. [redacted], I informed her of the time line that the ceilings would be completed by and also informed her that the plastic Visqueen would be up until a certain date (a Tuesday). I was able to complete the ceilings early and removed all of the plastic (a Sunday). After working until 3 p.m. on that Sunday, I left for the day. Even though I was ahead of schedule, when I arrive home Mrs. [redacted] called me crying about her concerns regarding the popcorn that was left around the house that was scraped from the ceilings. I explained that the job was not over and that I would be back in the morning to continue working. She was very emotional so I agreed to come back that same day with my shop vac and cleaned what was left from the ceiling being textured until about 8 p.m. on that Sunday night.
While I was painting Mrs. [redacted]'s home, she had recessed light installed from an unlicensed electrician. After my work was complete she began to have issues with a light switch. She claimed this was caused by my work and was refusing to pay her balance. We have did not have anything to do with the electrical work and she did finally pay the majority of the bill for the work my company completed in her home. I agreed to come back in a couple days to complete the touch up work (behind the fridge and some minor repaints). We arrived on that Friday as promised and Mrs. [redacted] became very irate and began speaking to us with foul language. At that point, I asked her to calm down and let us complete the touch ups. She continued to verbally attack us and at that point I left with my employees.
I am very sorry that Mrs. [redacted] feels negatively about my company. I feel I tried to perform above what the contract included, and she was still not satisfied. She did not pay the entire bill that was owed to me, however, I am willing to take that loss in regard to her complaint.

As I stated before, I am very sorry that Mrs. [redacted] feels negatively towards my company. She has stated that [redacted] is a witness to her claim. He is also the person who performed unlicensed electrical work in her home. After he completed the lighting in her home, she placed him in a similar situation that I was in with her. When the job was complete, she did not want to pay her balance. I have text messages from him stating he "is about to lose my mind and she has nothing but complaints about these lights..she is freaking out about everything..I just don't think she wants to pay up". These were sent to me from [redacted] just the night before she placed me in the same situation and kept him there until 11 pm until her balance was paid.
Also, as I stated previously, I showed up to complete the touch up work as promised. Her verbal abuse was intolerable.

I am rejecting this response because: Armen was paid in full. [redacted] was called on the job at my home via Armen. [redacted] is one of Armens contractors! Below is only one piece of evidence that Armen has done a great injustice to us:

I have witnesses such as his contractor [redacted] .I have record of his damages
he was paid in full the work was not finished I have neighbors that have witnessed Armens work and had brought to my attention the fact that he did not use drop cloths As well as they would never hire him that he had complete disrespect and disregard in my home and for my home.they questioned me as to why I would allow him to even continue to work in my home
I had to continually remind him that he needed to protect my hardwood floors I have damages incurred and expenses incurred I paid an electrician to repair and replace damages while his painter tried to rehang my light fixture. Afterall, they took them down and had great difficulty replacing them as Armin yelled we are not electricians. well they should not have taken them down in the first place.
Armen did not complete the work [redacted] came back and he even posted publicly the work that Armand has done is appalling as well as made a public announcement as to the way he treated the [redacted]s - losing his cool. I even have a saved text message from Armen acknowledging his temperament in my home and stating he would finish the work as promised. But when he came back the next morning he returned with again and attitude explaining to me that his key helper was again not able to show up which put Armin way behind because he had a Nother job he was anxious to start so he again picked a fight in my home my husband witnessed it and he left stating he refused to do the work. (by the way [redacted] is a contractor that armen hires and hired to do work in my home). Armen wanted to hurry andwanted to hurry and finish the work in one day and stated he would stay until finished late into the night - working on my home til 10 o'clock to which [redacted] had to physically remove Armen from my home because he became very irate and his temper had escalated so it was [redacted] who had to remove Armen from my home because [redacted] was afraid that Arman would do something he would regret
Armand was emotionally distraught because he was crying about having to feed his family and he wanted money and I said the work is not finished it is dark I cannot check your work in the dark you painted outside in the dark you painted the inside in the dark . we have also just purchased more paint and paint accessories from [redacted] on highway 17 in Fleming Island in order to finish the job as contracted . The trim has not been finished it has a barely light coat on it as well as the walls
for one of his contractors to state how terrible the work is and reported it publicly is proof right there the only way I do not proceed with legal action is for Armen to make good on his contract.
