complaint we have discovered a few discrepanciesOur records indicate that there were two separate reservations made for two different people one for "***" made on 3/1/and the other for "***" made on 4/26/At the time of each booking passengers were given the person rate of $eachAt the time of each booking we asked for a contact phone number for each reservation, for which we were givenThe phone number's provided by our customer's are what we use to make our confirmation calls hours prior to transferThese calls are done as a courtesy to our customersWe do not require verbal confirmation to proceed with servicing a reservation as we understand that passengers may be in transit
Regardless of how many people were in the shuttle the cost does not change as our rates are published and regulated by our Public Utilities CommissionOur records also indicate that we collected exactly what you had booked for which were two separate reservations each for one person shared shuttle from OGG to Kihei at $per personFor two passengers who booked together under one reservation you would have paid $totalIn total both parties combined paid $which is a difference of $
Unfortunately we were unable to offer a refund as requested however we did extend complimentary service back to the airport valued at $We understand that you were unable to use the comp and would be willing to comp a future booking at the same $value

The claim made by Armijo, Incthat we had single bookings is totally false
My original inquiry on March 1, for the shuttle service was transportation for people not for one single fare!
Three days prior to departure as suggested by this company I called back and definitely reserved the shuttle for two people on April 26th
Even the greeter from the airport was told by the dispatcher that there were four people to transportThe company driver also was told that there should have been four passengers too
Even after all the hassle at the airport we gave the driver a gratuityHis reply was that he did not expect anything given the circumstances
We appreciate the Revdex.com and the chance to air our grievance
