I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your
reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
What Mr*** did to resolve the issue with the cracks in the concrete curbing he installed on my property was to fill cracks with silicone caulkThis to me is not a satisfactory solution to concrete that has cracked in years timeI feel further separation
will result in the cracksI feel at this time that I may have to take legal action against Mr*** and his companyMr*** ignored my calls to resolve this matter. Thank you *** ***

I spoke with [redacted] and he stated we went back to the home and we fixed the crack, I left a note at the door for the homeowner.
