Review: I have a armitron watch that needs a new band, I ordered a new stainless steel expandable band over a year ago model 20/4417sv. I was told they would send it to me and after a couple of weeks I followed up with a phone call and was told I would have to send the watch to them. I was given a number in Calif. to call and when I contacted them they took my cc info and said they would send me one if they could find it but I was told the band was no longer made. If you sell someone a product then you should be able to service the item when needed. I really like the watch and it has been a good watch but if this is the service you from a reputable company then I am not going to purchase another product from them. I have tried off and on over a year to get a new watch band to no avail.Desired Settlement: Send me a stainless steel expandable replacement band for armitron watch model 20/4417 sv and don't give me a run around the block.
