Armonk Limousine

Review: Service was to transport from airport to home. Driver picked passengers and luggage up at the airport but dropped off 1/4 mile from destination claiming that the driveway was covered with snow. In reality, the driveway was cleared and sanded and no other vehicles had any trouble driving on it. Passengers has a significant amount of luggage, returning from a cruise and wedding and were forced to walk the remainder of the trip at 1:00 am in the dark. The driver left without any offer to help with the luggage. In my opinion, the agreement was to transport from airport to destination which was not done.

Company was contacted without any apology or attempt at resolution.Desired Settlement: The trip was billed in full to a credit card without any compensation for failing to fulfill their obligation. Request full refund for invoiced amount. (Invoice even includes a gratuity which certainly is not warranted!)
