The majority of their stories are complete fabricationsThose times are completely made up and their stories don't even matchAccord to ***, we were done at 7:we didn't have our food till after 7:30! And she made absolutely no apologiesThe server said her manager told her to come out to our car and get our tag number so that's another lieAnd the server was not apologetic at all outside, that's a lie alsoAnd we were not aggrevated at all at the tableWe had every right to be and we weren't so I do not appreciate the attack of characte,r especially when it is a bold face lieThe under portioned food that was an hour and a half late should have been free and there's no other appropriate response from them except an apology and the money back.

Yes, I would definitely like a refundThe bill was $and after the waitress chased us the to car harassing us, I gave her $(I originally left $since it should've been free to begin with.) How do I further requesting her termination elsewhere? Headquarters for the
restaurant?
Thanks so much

Dear [redacted] at Revdex.com,
At 6:30 on the evening of February 7, 2014, my server that works in the
sushi pub informed me that a table had  been waiting a while for their food.
She said that the customer was getting aggravated, so I checked the ticket
time and the order had been placed at 6:03.  I promptly went to the kitchen
to wait on the food to be finished.  As soon as it was ready, about 6:35, I
delivered it to the table personally.  I apologized for the wait and
politely asked them if they needed anything else.  They then asked me for an
extra plate and fork so that they could share the plate.  I promptly
returned with the plate, fork, and sauces that they asked for.  When I asked
if they needed anything else, they said that they were ok.  Since they had
waited 30 minutes for their food, I discounted the plate 25%.  The portion
was the same size as it always is for dinner, but there were three people at
the table sharing one plate of food.  The customers never complained about
the wait or the portion size to me.  The only words spoken to me by the
customer was when I asked them if they were ok and they said that they were
fine.  About 7:05, the server that was taking care of them came to my office
to tell me that they had left $10.00 to pay their already discounted $11.52
check.  She told me that she had gone to their car and gotten their tag
number so that they would pay the remainder of their tab.  I did not tell
her to do that and I did not know that it had even happened until after they
had left.  I would not have followed someone to their car for that small of
an amount of money, nor would I ask an employee to do it either.  If they
had come to me and asked for an additional discount I would have been happy
to accomodate them, but they decided to discount it themselves by leaving
what they felt like paying.  Also I have tickets to show that their order
was placed at 6:03 and their ticket was closed at 7:11, which was actually
several minutes after they left because it did not get closed out until
after the server came inside from speaking with them in the parking lot.  If
you have any more inquiries about this incident or would like a copy of the
tickets, I would be happy to fax a copy of them to you.  I can also be
reached at this e-mail or by phone at the restaurant.
                        Sincerely,
                 [redacted]
                        Manager
                        Kanpai of Tokyo
                      [redacted]
Hello Cindy,
On February 7, 2014, I waited on three people, one ordered a [redacted]
and the other two ordered water. When I recieved their food order they told
me that they wanted a Hibachi Chicken Combo, an extra plate for one of them
to share and the other would eat the salad that came with the meal. Right
after I took their order I immediately put it into the computer and sent it
back to the chef at 6:03pm. After around 20 to 25 minutes I noticed the food
had not been given to them and it wasn’t ready in the back. When I realized
something was wrong I went to see what the hold up was in the back. The chef
told me he didn’t get the ticket so I told him to start working on it and I
sent the order back to the printer again. I went to the table and apologized
to them because of how long it was taking and told them what happened. Then
I went to [redacted] and told her that they were upset and we should think
about a possible discount. I checked on them once more after I checked on my
other customers and they looked mad but didn’t say anything was wrong.
[redacted] was in the back waiting on our chef to finish up with the food when
he finished cooking she took the food to them at around 6:40pm. I checked on
them again to make sure everything was okay; they kept eating, nodded and
smiled. [redacted] told me that she discounted the bill and gave it to me and
I sat it on the computer station. Once they were done I gave them their
check told them that the manager discounted the bill, apologized again and
told them I would be right back. I then went to the back to get a bus pan
and sat it down to prepare and get the dishes off of the tables. Another
regular customer that came in around the same time they did came up to me
and said she was sorry and that what they said was uncalled for. I didn’t
know what she was talking about so I made my way to the table to make sure
they paid and noticed that the girl that paid only left 10 dollars but the
bill was 11.52 after the 25% discount. So I ran outside and said hey you
guys need to pay for the rest of your bill. They looked back at me and kept
walking so I walked faster and met them at their car and said again you guys
have to pay for the rest of your bill they started getting into the car so I
went behind the car said that’s fine ill just get your license plate and
call it in and scratched it down on the receipt. I made my way back around
to the front of the car and they stopped trying to leave. I asked them again
for the money and told them I was sorry for the inconvenience but I wasn’t
going to pay for the balance of their bill even if it was only 1.52. One of
the guys with her said this is ridiculous she shouldn’t have had to pay at
all and I said I was sorry my manager gave you a discount I cant control how
much it was but I am not paying for the rest of your bill. She pulled out
her wallet looked for change then gave me two dollars and asked for the
managers name I told her and apologized again then she said she would
contact the Revdex.com. I hope this is all the information needed.
                                                                                                                                        Respectfully,
                                        ... [redacted]

Please excuse my delay in getting back to you.  I had surgery for breast cancer last Thursday, March 3 and am just now able to get to my emails.
First and foremost, Ms. [redacted] did not receive any drives for her son for March because he missed a...

drive, which incurred a $50 missed drive fee.  We do not allow students/parents to schedule drives when they owe for a drive that was missed.  Secondly, I would request a copy of the contract that Ms. [redacted] refers to with regard to scheduling one drive a week.  The contract I have on file does not state that anywhere.  I have NEVER told her (verbally or in writing) I emailed out any additional paperwork or contracts.
With regard to the email received on December 17...I have attached the email stream from the 17th.  In addition, I have attached another email stream where drives were booked and confirmed.
The missed drive was confirmed by Ms. [redacted] via email...please see attachment.  The drive he missed for which they incurred the missed drive fee was on Saturday, February 13 @ 12 pm.  That drive was confirmed by Ms. [redacted] via email on Thursday, January 28, 2016 @ 5:07 pm.
In addition, I have attached the original contract...no where does it state he will be one drive per week; the Parent Information Sheet is attached as well.
A+ Driving Academy bears zero fault here.  As stated in the parent letter/contract, if a drive is missed, there is a missed drive fee of $50 due.  No drives can be scheduled until that fee is paid.  Ms. [redacted] can either call (765)483-1233 to pay the fee via phone with a card; or she can mail a check to A+ Driving Academy, P.O. Box 418, Lebanon, IN  46052.  Upon receipt of the payment, the account can be reactivated and drives can resume.
