I went out on Thursday the and checked ac found dead compressed I tried calling in to insurance company my diagnosis but was on hold for a hour so I could not wait any more so I went to work on the jobs I had planned for Friday was in a attic installing a complete system in degree temp in attic coustem custmor kept calling but I did not get done with my install until pm that night the auth department was closed so I had to wait till today to call in problem to insurance so I don't know how this customer says it was days apparently he got his day wrong also he has the nerve to call my home at midnight yo threaten me in front of my wife and as far as the dollars I ask the insurance company if they wanted Mr to refund and they told me I did not have to .so if he wants to put my name in the dirt there is a law in Texas called slander he need to ask he brother about that law

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Mr [redacted] your response is unacceptableRemarks of half truths, what a laughThroughout the process of getting you to return to our home to complete and correct the installation, which is a long going process of no shows, promised calls not received, not being able to reach you by several numbers,etchas to be one of the worst experiences in our lives and one of the most expensive ones to a homeowner The most recent one on Tuesday July 21st was told by Home Warranty personnel that you would be at our house on Thursday 23rd to fix all the problems to get our air up and runningThis did not happen because you had another excuse and no set date as to when you would PROMISE AGAIN TO BE AT OUR HOME TO FIX THE PROBLEMS! "Half Truths" ! You said in your response that we told you that you could wait till winter to fix the heater" was your words in an email (that I will be sending to Revdex.com copies of all emails, texts, etc.) We are without Air Conditioning that you installed and does not workI assume you are living in an air conditioned home during this high temperature summer! We will take whatever steps that need to be taken to get this humongous problem with you and your company resolved! No more lies Mr [redacted] ! Regards, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:your track record of "yes I'll be there next Wednesday morning", "I'll call you on Monday and set up a time", "I'll hire someone to come out and fix the problems", "I'll send a man out tonight and he will at least get the air conditioner cooling tonight", my helper put the vent pipes somewhere and I can't get in touch with him to find out where he put them", "I need to take the papers/book on the new unit so I can order a part and I will return it to you" etcetcshall I go on and on and on and on!!!!!!!!!!!!! You may talk a good talk and lie to us over and over and over again, but no more!!!!!!! The quality and safety factor of your work is not satisfactory

they are right on half of story I have had some personal problems but I have kept them in the loop as the problem is with the heater customer even told me to get well because we had time to fix issiue with heater before it got cold again but you cant awayes beleave in what your told I have made
atemp to fix problem but some of her comments are bad I want to resolve this and get it behind me I for both of us want fix the problem with no bad fellings

At this point in time we feel no further action is required of Mr***A new contractor fixed all the mistakes Mr*** made in the installation of heater, ducting and air conditioner connection. Our hope is that he will not do this to anyone else in the futureThat he will not take on a project that he knows he is not capable of proper installationI would like to thank the Revdex.com and its staff for helping us during this stressful time Sincerely, *** *** *** ***
