documents.We will be contacting Mr [redacted] with in the next week to return and put back up the keypad that was removed from old Honeywell vista system. The hole is behind that keypad and only one. It was made by who ever did initial equipment.That original equipment was not functional or had power when it was removed. will replace as found.I hope this will resolve all Mr. [redacted]'s issues. We gave him over 2,000.00 of Equipment in his home to protect him and his family. No Company can invest that amount in Costs for only the promise to pay month to month.The Security System would have been owned by Mr. [redacted] and agreement was for 36 months for the monitoring and Service. Thank You.Scott C[redacted]  Operations Manager   .
