[redacted] and our dealership had an agreement on the price on his vehicle and the deal included $50 to be used on accessories at time of purchase, all weather floor mats, and $250 towards a finance product or protection package at time of purchase (which was later extended to be honored through...
12/31/16). [redacted] was advised that the cargo net offered through the sales department was $99 minus his $50 coupon would be $49. The customer complained about the price, insisted the cargo net be thrown in, and was not interested in any other accessories. Management agreed to include the cargo net as part of the purchase at no extra cost to the customer, and the customer received the product. The customer was not promised an additional $50 in accessories, but it was agreed at the time that the cargo net would be thrown in at no extra charge, which was done.

I am rejecting this response because:If the staff said clearly the cost of bushing replacement as one thousand nine hundred twenty dollars, I would not have agreed to replace at that time. To me the staff said nineteen twenty and I interpreted that as $19.20. I did not receive clear breakup of the cost like labor, parts, alignment fees, disposal fees, tax etc. My regular auto repair guy quoted only $576. Then I called different Toyota dealer he left a voice mail with an quote of around $1500.00 including parts, labor, realignment, tax etc.Even by authorized dealer standard the cost difference is $400.00. If I subtract $100 for different operating margin, still there is a difference of $300. It would be very helpful if Ourisman Toyota returns at least $200.00 back to my credit card.

The customer arrived in our service lane requesting an oil change and a diagnosis for a raw fuel smell being emitted from his vehicle. [redacted] was given an estimate of $250.37 for the oil change service and diagnosis on his vehicle. The customer agreed to the charges and signed...
for them on the repair order. The customers vehicle, a 2005 Toyota [redacted] with 213000 miles was diagnosed to have torn lower control arm bushings. The initial repair estimate was $2016.85 less an applied discount coupon. Total amount authorized by customer $1980.00.The final repair bill came to $1968.15, below the authorized amount. The scope of the work and the price were clearly explained prior to performing the work.The customers argument that he understood that the price was $19.80 is totally unreasonable considering that the initial estimate at time of drop off was $250.37The customer received a quality repair using original manufacturer parts installed by a factory trained Technician and backed by a Ourisman's life time guarantee.
