We do not have a sales rep by the name of Keith; however, two of our salesmen (Adam and Clark) both spoke to Mr. [redacted].  We understand from Adam and Clark that he was not happy and wanted to speak with an owner.In which case, Vince W[redacted] (owner) reached out to Mr. [redacted] and there was a back...

and forth with Vince awaiting a return call from him.  We certainly understand the issue and would be more than willing to work with Mr. [redacted] on the remaining balance due.  It was Vince's intention to communicate our suggestion over the phone, but Vince never got the chance.  We would be happy to reduce the outstanding balance by $200 and provide a free sealcoat for the property that was paved in 2017.  Most Sincerely,Courtney W[redacted]Armor Paving & Sealing

I am rejecting this response because:  My driveway slopes and causes my sidewalk to puddle up because they didn’t listen to my instructions.  They were told not to slope the driveway but they did anyway.  Which now makes a challenge to have the sidewalk redone.  They can fix it the right way.
