I called to have them come out to fix my washower electronic water regulator as well as my handheld shower which was leakingThey sent two service techsOne who did all the talking and work, and another who walked around and watched and never said a word to meThe main tech said I needed a new water cartridge for the handheld shower, and he was not familiar with the electronic water regulator though when I called to setup the appointment, they said they were familiar with those systemsHe said he would need to come back with the handheld water cartridge and "research" parts for the electronic water regulator; if those parts were not available he would give me quotes on new systemThey came back, replaced the cartridge, said my current water regulator system parts are not available but would get me the quotes for a new one, he just didnt have them right nowIn the meantime they charged me $to replace a water cartridgeSaid I have to pay for their time coming out the first time, and then returning, and pay for both techs though as I said the 2nd one stood there and watchedNow that they were paid $to replace a $water cartridge, they are "too busy" to get me a quote on a new systemAs soon as the lead tech said he wasn't familiar with the electronic water regulator systems I should have had them leaveYou live and learnBe very careful with this group
