I have a very clear "No Soliciting" sign to the right of the front door, just above the doorbellIn addition to not wanting to be contacted at all hours of the day in what is a new neighborhood (attractive to every salesman selling just about anything), I got tired of solicitors shoving their advertising materials through my front door, ruining the weather stripA representative from Armor Security (authorized dealer for ADT) disregarded the notice and pushed the materials all the way through my door anywayThe territory manager listed on the solicitation was Abigail G*** at ***I have had ADT at many of my homes in the past but the practice of disregarding customer's wishes will definitely discourage me from using the service again

I originally had armor services rep at my door selling *** ***When the contract was written and approved all fees were waived including installationIf I wanted extra products then I would have to pay out of pocketI checked my account and they charged me for the installation feeI called *** who advised I had to call armor services as they installed the service and set up paymentI called armor services and reached *** who ensured me he will call me backI called numerous times in may he said he would send me something in the mail for the refunded amount of He never went it I kept calling and calling and still received no call backs and no answers*** advised he would deliver a check if I was not refundedI have been calling since MayI tried to give them the benefit of doubt and called again Monday*** answered as I called him around 12ish that day and advised he was delivering a check on Thursday morning between 8-9amNothingHe still has not communicated or

A salesperson came to my house times in one dayThe latest at 8:30pmIts pretty ridiculous to be selling security systems that late at night and also coming by every hours when we don’t answer the doorMy husband finally answered the door the 3rd time when he rang the door bell so late and the guy tried to come inside our house! My husband told him we weren’t interestedThe weird thing is, this man didn’t go to anyone else’s house in the neighborhood just oursI got a really suspicious feeling about him and when I tried to call the company to complain no one would answer and their inbox is too full to leave a message
