The web site is an online class system and CMS for a the front end marketing of your company. $2500 + $1600 total. They have paid me $1650. They delayed getting me content for about 3 weeks. The project is fit in between 20 other projects. They added a little scope... creep of a password in the modules and I had to do more audio mastering of the video they gave me.No company would touch this project for less than $8000. But since [redacted] designer at the time, knew someone there I did it for less.They came into my business and talked about a lawsuit to one of my employees and have acted like bullies. My communication does not need to be detailed for how the functionality of the code they continue to ask for. There are delays due to Drive Home Safe content side and scope creep. The company came in and demanded my work to be free instead of me helping me move it to another designer to finish. They refused all options I gave. We are 3/4s of the way done and have over 30 hours into the project. They are trying to get a full refund at the moment and causing a number of problems including a charge back for $1650 against my company.

The computer is a custom system with a RAID setup for $756.  You can't get it that cheap online, next day.  If we look at 5 business day issues we can look at the Christmas and New Year holiday problems and make that 2 week issue a 1 and a day.  We will deliver the computer at latest Thursday to make sure it is burned in.  He can choose to work with another IT company from there and they can transfer his data.   He also has an out standing invoice for a system he hasn't paid in months since he forgot about the computer he left in our shop.  We did finally drop it off to him since he never stopped in to get it.

We do have most of the parts and have has some shipping issues.  The critical failure is only a few sectors on the hard drive he is still using.  We will have it ready for next week.  I have responded to him by email.  We do not give refunds on special order items such as a...

computer with raided hard drives for his file server.  Miles, my technician explained this to him yesterday, [redacted] then proceeded to yell at Miles and Miles then did a smirk and looked down.  At that point [redacted] then threatened to slap the look off his face and then my technician became very upset.  [redacted] then left yelling at my clients not to use my shop.  I was out sick yesterday but I have the even on dvr system.I emailed him letting him know we would finish the job and he may go use another IT department from now on.
