We received the order from [redacted] on The order was shipped in a timely fashion and was received by the customerOur return policy clearly states no refunds and the customer has business days to report any damaged or missing merchandiseThe customer (Steve) never contacted us until today 06/ [redacted] when he simultaniously contacted the Revdex.comWe took swift and immediate actionWe have gone above and beyond our duty and gone against company policy to send unjustified replacement materials to this customer in light of the complaint in order to quickly resolve the issueThe customer's account has been closed and he has been suspended from Armorchrome's network certified applicators due to physical threats over the phone and profane language towards officers of the companyThe replacement materials have been shipped and they are currently on their way to the customerThey are scheduled to be delivered Tuesday, 062017.Replacement - FTracking # [redacted] Scheduled delivery

Revdex.com:At this time, I have not been contacted by Armorchrome regarding complaint ID [redacted] The last I heard from them was prior to sending in our complaint to you which they stated they would not warranty their original product We continue to have issues with the adhesion on the items the sales representative prepped and sprayed at our shop We have yet to receive any replacement product which they promised at the time of their demo We've given them months to resolve this problem and we would now like a refund Any help with this company would be greatly appreciated We invested a lot of time and money and we feel like they took our money and ran Sincerely, [redacted]

[Your Answer Here]you did not send us anything like you are saying and you would not be sending us it twice to make us happy now you sound like a joke I'm done dealing with you and I WILL NOT close this case so don't act like you sent this stuff twice that sounds stupid sent me my items and you won't here from us again and you say there is no return how could you return something we don't have anyways and your policy does say day return or if your trying to rip someone off you wouldn't offer a return all you need to do is send my stuff and if anyone had a command since they would know it don't add up to what you say you sent comes to like lbs I think if you had sent us everything it would of weighed more then this so please send my stuff I paid you for months ago

We received the order from [redacted] on 04/**/17. The order was shipped in a timely fashion and was received by the customer. Our return policy clearly states no refunds and the customer has 3 business days to report any damaged or missing merchandise. The customer (Steve) never contacted us...

until today 06/** when he simultaniously contacted the Revdex.com. We took swift and immediate action. We have gone above and beyond our duty and gone against company policy to send unjustified replacement materials to this customer in light of the complaint in order to quickly resolve the issue. The customer's account has been closed and he has been suspended from Armorchrome's network certified applicators due to physical threats over the phone and profane language towards officers of the company. The replacement materials have been shipped and they are currently on their way to the customer. I still have not received my merchandise that I paid for.  The merchant said he is not going to give me my merchandise because I turned him in to Revdex.com. He was very rude also when stating I will never receive my merchandise now that I paid for.
