The managers and owners have had knowledge that this dwelling has toxic black mold and has continued to put renters/tenants in harms way, as these apartments are not habitable,and negligent
I did speak to *** *** about the toxic black mold in apartment and his reply was he will see about it, APPROXIMATELY May,and rambled about the amount of rain the area has had
