I signed a contract to get two windows on April 22nd of this year After many calls to find out the status of the permit they finally got the permit from the city on 7/The installation was scheduled for 8/ When they arrived the installers measured my windows and again went and measured the new ones The windows were 2" shortThey were to re-order and put a rush on it Four weeks later I still have NO windows, no communication from ANYONE from the company I have cancelled my order and am now waiting on my deposit to be returned I am securing a new window company to do my windows

This review is a long time coming, becuase life goes on. I hired what I thought was New South Windows, yet this company did the work. New south and Armorvue were in a business agreement that went under right after I signed my New south contract for hurricane windows. The workers showed up at 8:30 and none of them spoke english, they were sitting around waiting for the manager who then came in and told them all what to do and then left. I had to work from home during this project so I was not on top of them as I assumed that they were professional, well you should never assume. When I came out of my home office for a peek, there was about an inch of dust all over my furniture and floor, they didn't cover anything. The made a mess of my patio area and then to top things off, one window was 7" too short, but they already took out the window and therefore had no choice but to install the window and cover the gap with a piece of wood taped to window and frame. I would never, never recommend this company to anyone, I called the president of the this company and I asked him to come take a look at what his workers did, he made some apologies and I got a new window (had to wait for it though) and the sliders were corrected as they were installed wrong, but none the less I still get water in my condo when it rains. Dont waste your money on this company or their products.
