I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowI was not drunk, I was drivingI picked my friends up from the barI'm sure there are cameras that can shown that I returned to the store as soon as I opened the container in my car and saw the moldI did not eat any of itI didn't even have utensilsMy concern is that you are serving moldy food, and not refunding moneyI would like my money back, and an apology from the cashier, who was extremely rude and unprofessional Regards, [redacted]

In our defense, the customer came into Armory Square Deli on 4/15/She was drunk and belligerentShe purchased a cup of macaroni and cheeseAfter eating almost, the whole thing she came back in and demanded a refundI explained to the customer we are not allowed to take food back for company and health safety reasonsOur priority is our customers and their satisfaction, I was willing to give her another macaroni and cheese or another item of equal valueIt was obvious to our attention she was drunk because of her imbalanced stanceShe began causing a huge disturbance in the shop while we were getting ready to close the shopThe employees where trying to help escort her out before she did damage to herself and the propertyWe didn't want the situation to get any bigger than it already wasHere at Armory Square Deli we value our customers and provide excellent customer service

In our defense, the customer came into Armory Square Deli on 4/15/17. She was drunk and belligerent. She purchased a cup of macaroni and cheese. After eating almost, the whole thing she came back in and demanded a refund. I explained to the customer we are not allowed to take food back for company...

and health safety reasons. Our priority is our customers and their satisfaction, I was willing to give her another macaroni and cheese or another item of equal value. It was obvious to our attention she was drunk because of her imbalanced stance. She began causing a huge disturbance in the shop while we were getting ready to close the shop. The 4 employees where trying to help escort her out before she  did damage to herself and the property. We didn't want the situation to get any bigger than it already was. Here at Armory Square Deli we value our customers and provide excellent customer service.

I was not drunk, I was driving. I picked my friends up from the bar. I'm sure there are cameras that can shown that I returned to the store as soon as I opened the container in my car and saw the mold. I did not eat any of it. I didn't even have utensils. My concern is that you are serving moldy food, and not refunding money. I would like my money back, and an apology from the cashier, who was extremely rude and unprofessional.
