***, I have also included the Board President from Ashmore Trace Below is my response to the complaint filed by *** ** *** on February 26, 2018, case ID *** We are the new property management company for Ashmore Trace HOA in Carmel, IN. On December
1st we mailed out invoices for the mandatory HOA fees of $ On January 3rd we received an email from *** ** *** requesting a copy of the statement I then forwarded this email to *** (Tami handles all billing and accounts receivable for A*** Property Management) to respond to *** ** ***. On January 4th Tami K*** from our office responded to *** and included a new invoice, see attached. As you can see, all invoices from our office include notice regarding late payments and further explains that late payments are subject to additional fees and/or legal action. This is stated in the Ashmore trace Covenants From January 3rd to February 26th we never heard a word from *** *** On February 21st a late fee of $was added to ***’s account since no payment had been madeWe mailed the new invoice including the past due fee to her home. On February 27th when we arrived in the office we had a voice mail that had arrived late February 26th from ***. We also received an email from the President of the HOA stating that she was notified that Casandra *** had filed a complaint to the Revdex.com. Our companies practice is to return all phone calls within hours. We contacted *** *** at approximately 9:am on February 27th After we spoke to *** on the phone we searched through our emails to see if we dropped the ball. Our findings were that we had completed the original email request received on January 3rd with a return email and copy of original invoice on January 4th. This demonstrates we fulfilled the request(see attached) When I called *** back that afternoon she indicated she was satisfied with our explanation and found Tami’s email from January 4th in her junk mail and would contact the Revdex.com to retract her complaint. ***, please let us know if there is anything else you need from our office Cindy Armour Managing Member Armour Property Management, LLC PO Box Carmel, IN Office
