The contractor called me this morning to inform me that the Garage Door will be installed tomorrow weather permittingHe also said that the hydro should be completed this week also

This vehicle was towed to our shop because it did not runafter we repaired it , it ran and drove awaythe vehicle still needs a plastic purge valve, that the customer declined, but it is not causing any running issues

im not happy I took my car to another shop they had to fix my car the parts he had on my car was not right he did not but new parts on my car he weld the old part I have the part he suppose to fix but he suppose to repair the turbo boost I have all the old part that he suppose to fix I have my bill from checker flag were they had to replace the part I have paper work and me recipt he justt took my money and did not do the job I have proof thank you Ms.***

The grill was cracked when it arrived at our shop. We called the customer before we started working on the vehicle to let her know. She was awareWe offer nothing

The last time I had contact with the contractor was on Oct.16th when he text me to let me know that his carpenter would be here the following dayHis carpenter did show up and now the only thing left to do is to install the garage door and run the electricity from the house to the garageI sent a
text on Oct.26th to see when he would run the electricity but didn't receive a replyAlso last that I heard he owed another contractor $for gravel that he ordered for the base that he didn't payShould I pay that contractor and deduct the money from the last payment that I owe him after the garage is finished?Thanks,*** ***

I do not accept the response because the information that the business stated is I was insulted and talked to in a rude matter as a customer by the office clerk As a result I had to defend myselfThe credit card machines were working properly at the time I was there the office clerk used it for a customer prior to me approaching the counter I was told I could not use my debit card because I spoke in a loud manner The clerk accepted my debit card after I had my attorney call and ask if they would like further action to be done When I went to test drive my van to make sure the repair was done properly my steering wheel was broken and I wasn't able to drive it I had to beg and plead with mikes emission that I did not bring my van there in that condition they finally agreed and admitted it could have gotten damaged by the tow truck upon taking my van to get my PCM PROGRAMMED BY THE DEALER since then I now have power steering fluid leaking that I did not have prior to me bringing my van to mikes emissionsThe front desk clerk \
was very rude and disrespectful to me as a customer

Not quite sure what this complaint is regarding, as the vehicle was at our shop for failing the emission test, we ordered the needed parts, we received them in a timely manner,
and proceeded to install them on to the vehicleAfter doing so, the vehicle passed the emission testThe customer came back after passing the emission test and thanked us for a job well doneThis was after the complaint was filed! I am confusedThanks, I guess

Customer brought vehicle back to shop, said that it was acting up, but it was running fine. We spent half an hour driving the car and it never acted up. The customer stated that some times it would go weeks without acting up, and when it did...

it would only do it once. We could not duplicate the customers concern. He then drove the car to Georgia. By the way, the car is over 28 years old.
