I bought the roll of Filter Kyle did great maintenance on my swamp cooler the air comes out like an air conditioner I give him eight fingers and two thumbs up. Keep up the good works.
I am an elderly 90 year old widowed woman. In Feb. 2019 I contacted ARM One Hour Heating to service my heater. The heater could not be repaired and ARM sold me a new heater as well as A/C unit. The A/C unit was still operable however and less than 10 years old. Unfortunately I agreed to the purchase of a total system at an outrageous price of $19,623. Since the install several issues with both heater and A/C have occurred. An inspection by a reputable local licensed company found several issues with the install of heater which includes the wrong size flue pipe (change from 2" PVC to a 3" PVC as well as being advised I was overcharge for the heating and A/C system by $10,000. Also the A/C unit was never properly connected to the circuit breaker. ARM did return to correct this error.
Attached are correspondence made to Ms. Rife. We have yet to hear back from her and had no idea that there was a malfunction with the equipment. We are more than willing to correct the issue at no cost. Sincerely
I had a few visits from this company. After having a few issues with the thermostat, Doug F was sent over and fixed the issue without any problem. My grandma and I were actually bickering and he kept his cool regardless of how awkward it may have been! He was very informative and had no issues with my pack of dogs. He was friendly and made the conversation light yet informative. He even offered helpful tips and found the root of the problem :)

Today we had our first annual check-up on our new air/heating unit. Luis E. was our service person and he was extremely patient with us regarding our thermostat and took care to getting the situation fixed. We have been pleased with the actual air/heating unit and with the service from this company.
The service from this company was great. They were in fact here within the hour of my call. Luis E was very professional and spent some time with me explaining what was available to me. He diagnosed my problem quickly and was very pleasant to work with.
