Review: On 4/22/13 Armando Montenegro installed a refurbished Condensor unit along with other equipment/parts at [redacted]. Armando along with listing agent Alfonso Rodriguez verbally conveyed that the Unit installed was like new and in good working condition. Per the sales contract we had agreed that the AC unit that was to be installed was to be brand new. They installed a refurbished unit without disclosing this to myself or my buyer. We proceeded with the sale after Armando and Alfonso verbally disclosed to myself and my client that there was a warranty on the unit and there was nothing to worry about, we then closed on the property. After numerous attempts to get the documentation and warranty for the work done, Armando finally scanned myself a copy (September 11, 2013) of the work order w/ the disclosure of "one year warranty on parts and labor". Tuesday, September, 10 there was an additional inspection on the property as my buyer is now the seller of the property. The inspection report came back conveying that the AC unit and Condensor were in extremely poor condition and would need to be replaced. I contacted Armando and he said HIS WORK is no longer his problem and he only does these types of deals for "[redacted] and [redacted]". Keep in mind this was only a few months ago.Desired Settlement: My client and myself would like the unit to be inspected and serviced back to working condition and if it needs to be replaced, then Armando will take care of that. I would like Armando to stand by his "one year warranty on parts and labor" agreement that he wrote into the work order. This is highly unethical and at the very least to inspect the unit to see what is wrong with the unit that HE installed originally.

Review: Mr [redacted] repaired and fixed the HVAC unit at [redacted] in Buckeye in March 2013 and offered a warranty on the work and parts used to fix the HVAC and AC unit at [redacted] in Buckeye.

During a building inspection on Sep 12. 2013 it was identified that by an independent AC technical that the HVAC unit compressor needed to be replaced since it was a used unit installed by Mr [redacted].

Mr [redacted] the Realtor selling the house contacted Mr [redacted] on Sep 12, 2013 regarding this issue and Mr [redacted] indicated that he was unwilling to repair the unit despite him having a legal contract and commitment since April 2013 to do so.

Currently Mr [redacted] is NOT responding to any calls and the AC units needs to be fixed ASAP due to the hot weather in Phoenix.

the reason I won't respond to them is because I did a job for [redacted] on that property and I did give the warranty only for [redacted] because he is my really good customer and I have special price for him on the invoice said that I'm installing a used condenser 2001 that he need to sell the house and ,he sold the house as is not extended warranty , and [redacted] is loading me with text messages and emails because he wants me to re inspect the a/c sistem . I'm located in [redacted] and he wants me to go to buckeye with no pay . he sent me the report from the a/c company and the a/c is working ,only because the company said that it has a additional part that is call start relay that the compressor needs to start they want me to go and inspected for free . wen we install a use condenser we always install the relays to give the compressor more power to start and less chances to fail .even new a/c sistems are equipped with relays .so I contacted [redacted] and he told me that he did not provide with any extra warranty regarding to the a/c sitem I did charge 760.00 for the total job and only 350.00 for condenser . I send a picture from the job I did to [redacted] for him to know what I did and how much I charged

Review: ARMS Cooling installed an HVAC in my unit and it is not working. ARMS colling is refusing to fix it now.Desired Settlement: Please finish tjhe job
