Hi I am responding to the complaint from buyer. He states that I incorrectly listed the item and some of the items that I listed was not included in the order. First he has yet to provide any proof that the magazine I sent him was incorrect. And second he states that I did not
provide a muzzle thread cover. Nowhere in my listing does it even mention that the thread cover was going to be provided. The buyer did some search on the internet and found that some other seller was offering the same item so he thought that I should match them and offer him the thread cover. What other seller wants to offer in their listing is at their sole discretion of which I have no control overLastly he wants me to credit him for $210. I am still curious how he came up with this number as people just don't come up with a random figure. Does the magazine and thread cover cost this much if the buyer were to get them on his own? Or could it be that maybe the buyer saw the same identical item being sold elsewhere for $cheaper and wants me to credit him the difference? It is not our policy to do a price match with other sellers. But to try to satisfy the buyer I did offer him to meet him halfway and give him $100, which he has yet to respond to. I am rejecting this response because: hello unnamed FFL holder and firearm distributor. First I'd like to thank you for the response. I do thank you because your phone is always not responding. Your aka distributor JJ Biggshots, [redacted]roseville, MN 55113  who sold me that Browning is not registered as legit business entity in state of MN. That is why I've been forced to file my complaint against your company just because you have the same "silent" phone number. I have no idea bout who is [redacted] and why she sells firearm from a different business name located at the different address providing GunsAmerica.com with your FFL number. As well [redacted] has accepted her mistake on a listing ( I do attach your listing as a separate file) where it  said the capacity for  Browning X-Bolt Long Range Hunter Bolt Action Rifle 300 WSM Buckthorn Tan Stock
is 4+1  that means 4 is a capacity of a magazine and 1 round into the barrel. As I have requested a Manual ( witch you also forgot to include) from Browning such rifle has a standard magazine that accommodates only 3 rounds + 1 in a barrel. If you like I can scan that page from the Manual and send it to you where stated verbatim : 3+1. Because of that wrong information provuded by your end( and such capacity was extremely important for me) I choose your listed Browning and not somebody's else who posted the same model with right information and $200.00 cheaper.  For such ground I merely want to return the rifle to the seller. Because it was your end fault you have to accept it back and refund everything I already spent on that purchase. I mean the total of $1272.05 + $35.00 NYS FFL holder transfer fee + $35.00 return the rifle to you back shipping fee ( or send me a prepaid return shipping label).You asked me about what was the ground of my demand to settle such case in piece with refunding me $210.00. I'm going to answer you below. Just 2 days after I purchased my Browning you ( or let me say your agent JJ Biggshots)has  listed the same rifle for $999.00 . That means your business is good with $999.00 sale price for exactly the same model Browning X-Bolt Long Range Hunter Bolt Action Rifle 300 WSM Buckthorn Tan Stockl ( look into attachment  Item# 903295140Same time several sellers ( as I have mentioned earlier) have already offered the same Browning for $959.00 - $1049.00 and their offers still current. But their listings were correct: the magazine capacity is 3 rounds. Tell me why should I have exactly the same rifle for $1200.00 if I could buy it for ( a median between $959.00 and $1049.00 is $1000.00) knowing the magazine capacity is 3 and not 4( as your listing stated) ???? Just answer that. Therefore, and to be as nice as possible and  to avoid excessive expense on your end and pay back all fees that were associated with such transaction I offered you with a pretty fair conclusion : $200.00 refund +$10 a credit card fee that you charged me on that $200.00  For that amount being refunded I agree to keep that DISCONTINUED model . Otherwise, please send me a prepaid shipping label + $35.00 check to cover the transfer fee I already paid and take your rifle back and good luck to sell it for any amount your imagination can draw.
