I called Customer Sevice with questions ( nothing pertaining to gun performance or quality) they answered my questions quickly, without being put on holdI have fireed orver rounds through it without ANY failures whatsoeverThis gun outperforms the Colt DCelta Elite I purcheed and at a fraction of the cost!!!
