This is in response to a complaint filed by *** *** on 10-4-The issue she has is in relation to how our industry works along with the insurance companiesWe are not allowed to start any repairs until the insurance company looks at the damage & then they may request us to disassemble
it for them to see all of the damagesThe week delay she talks about is due to the insurance company not usAs to her statement that we knew it was a total loss the insurance company determines if it’s a total loss not the body shop I am also attaching a signed repair authorization form signed by *** on 9-21-Finally, I called & left a message this week for *** informing her that the insurance company had plans to reimburse her for the $which again is customary procedure in this caseI hope this will clear us of the complaintPlease let me know if you ned anything else from us.Jeff W*** Kumler Collision Inc ###-###-####
