on 05/31/I was travelling east on Cliff Rd in Eagan MN where construction workers were sealing cracks with tar and white rolled paper I was forced to drive over newly sealed areas to get to the gas station and also highway on ramp I had to bring my vehicle in immediately afterwards (my vehicle was unsafe to drive) for repairs to remove tar that was caked on the wheels causing it to shake and significantly vibrate due to wheels being out of balance I filed a complaint with Astech requesting reimbursement for repairs to remove the tar and rebalance the vehicle The claim was denied saying that the company was not negligent I am not sure if they are negligent or not, but either way their process for highway maintenance is poor I was forced to drive over newly sealed areas of the road causing damage to my vehicle I would like to be reimbursed for the expenses that I incurred to repair damages to my vehicle
