[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed as Answered] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: There are many colors that are close to one another in the spectrum for these hickory hand hewn floors from ArmstrongIt is understandable that they all have some variation in depths of red, orange, and brownHowever, the strength of those color tones are fairly distinctiveArmstrong is INCORRECT in that they have not evaluated the full box that I received for repair against what is installedWhoopsSorry ArmstrongThey evaluated a 2xsample frame and not the original installation as there was no left over piecesThey don't even have the story straightToday the repair box material cannot be used as it is significantly different in color tone but absolutely the gold, versus the red that we have, that we orderedThe flooring company inspected the box as it laid out across the top of what is installed and with their significant years of experience they do NOT agree with ArmstrongIt is different by their admission and actionsI challenge Armstrong to see what the installation of that one box that was delivered three months later would do to the uniformity of the color on the floorI will be suing the Armstrong Flooring as they apparently continue to stall and cover up either a labeling or a manufacturing issue to protect their own interests at the expense of the customerI have the proof in the box that was delivered with the same labelingI am very disappointed that Armstrong is so flagrant in their dismissal of an obvious claim by a customerI honestly wish that they could prove me wrong but the color difference is unquestionableI have attached one simple picture to illustrate the differenceObviously lighting is not a factor here and we have a whole box to lay outNotice the deep, dark staining at middle rightNot a single piece in an entire box comes close to itThe installed layer is darker and red in toneIt matches another color in their product color palette that we did not orderI welcome a retraction and refund from Armstrong Flooring so that we can avoid the court proceedings and the damage to their reputation Regards, [redacted]

This is commercial grade flooring that has proven to be very poor quality material No flooring should have scratched after one sweeping of saw dust The warranty for this product isn't worth the paper it is written on! I will be sure to inform out builder of the poor quality materials that Armstrong flooring manufactures As well, as the lack of morals when it comes to standing behind their crappy LVT flooring!

If you wish, you may update it before sending it.] Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me with the understanding that the material credit to be provided by Armstrong will be for enough comparable material (square feet plus appropriate overage) for us to recover the surface originally installed with Armstrong flooringRegards,? [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed as Answered] ? Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Based on their last response, it appears the folks at Armstrong do not understand my issue? My issue is not that the floor scratches, of course I understand it will? As I have explained to both Azjalari R [redacted] (Claims Representative) and Jeremy (Technical Representative), the issue is with the performance of the finish once it is scratched? The scratch to the finish results in a white "scar" (as confirmed and reported by Jeremy in his report) which is unacceptable and the basis of my dissatisfaction.? ? Please, you do not need to repeat yourself a third time, I understand this is not covered by your warranty and I understand your offer of a box of wood? Please understand my issue, my dissatisfaction and my request for a resolution that solves my problem, not yours Regards, [redacted] ***

Armstrong Flooring warrants its regular (first quality) commercial floor products to be free from manufacturing defects from the date of purchase through the limited warranty periodAfter reviewing your samples we have determined that the scratching you are experiencing is not due to a manufacturing defect, but instead seems to be a maintenance related issueOnce again, thank you for the opportunity to review your concerns

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.? Regards, [redacted] ?
