I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  Indeed the business did respond to my request on June 21st but it should be noted that the phone call on June 21st was not the first phone call I made nor was it the only time I requested the documents.  I only escalated it to this point after numerous attempts at requesting the documents were not followed up on.  I have received the documents I requested and consider this issue closed.

a miscommunication on behalf of some of the employees here based on being extremely over booked with the hot temperatures with service calls and merely overlooking and quite frankly forgetting one thing amongst the million others going on.  There is no argument here and should have never escalated to this fact, a simple phone call to follow up would have done just fine as he had done on Wednesday the 21st of June and the info was sent right over with a few hours.  Case and point.Thanks,Armstrong Heating and Cooling
