Review: This organization is probably the poorest run organization I have encountered.They are a property manager for communities in the area. As a unit owner in one of their properties, I encountered frozen sprinkler pipes and water damage to my property on January 8th.Since then, I have had zero correct information and no inbound communication from this organization about any work that is being done and what progress they are making to resolve issues with their master plan insurance policy holder and repair the damage units.Desired Settlement: As a unit owner, one of many, I am requesting a meeting, inbound communication such a phone call and a clearly laid out plan and accurate description of what is being done and when repairs will commence.

Review: [redacted] residential formerly Armstrong Management Services, would love to charge you fees whenever they feel like it. They find any excuse to charge your account and keep charging afterward. They charge late fees even if they receive they dues by first week of the month. Their excuse is that they need time to process, so if you be the unlucky person that your payment gest process later because of their incompetent employees than you are doomed. They have charge me over $380 for late fees and $10 for reminder letter. And I find out today that they are still charging my account for letters or reminders they sent. I feel like this company steals people's money and putting it their pocket. The best part is that when you call, they ask to take your compliant to the board meeting and wont help you at all. I am not sure why do we support these types of businesses that are stealing from us. I am really tired of this company and will voice my concerns and let people know on how bad this company is.Desired Settlement: I would like to get all my money that they have charge me for late fee and more, even though my payments were received by them every month from 4th to 9th of the month. I have prove to show.

Review: In November 2013, I sent my home owner's association fee on time via U.S. mail. It was not cashed until almost one month later. Consequently, I started receiving late fees for my home owner's fee. I let it go for a month or two, thinking their accounting system would reconcile the mistake. When that did not happen, I wrote two letters stating the issue - that although I had paid my home owner's association fee on time month after month, they did not cash my November check on time, and that I was being penalized with late fees. I sent a third letter letting them know that if they did not cancel the charge and/or call me to explain situation, I would submit them to the Revdex.com. I did call them on March 26th. They said they would call me back within 24 hours. I never heard from them. Right now, my late fee is in the amount of $45.00, and it continues to increase month after month.Desired Settlement: I would like them to erase the late fees from my account, and write me a letter stating that it was their mistake so I will have it on my record and so that I can send it in to clear my name if the late fee shows up on my credit report.
