Called and booked an appointment for today between 11-1 pm.
Received a call from receptionist at 11 30 am saying they would not be coming even though she had confirmed last night they would be.
She laughed when I said this is poor customer service.
If that's how a customer is treated I can't imagine what their work is like!
I was impressed with the speed and customer service I received when contacting this company to relocate my downspout as per City of Toronto bylawthey were able to come out within a day to perform an estimate and the work was completed within business days I will definitely use them in the future!
