Dear Sir,At the customers request, we capped off the drain for the dishwasher. We informed the customer that the water and electric need to be capped as well. The customer insisted that the water in the dishwasher was from the drain so all he wanted was the drain capped because he didn't want to...

spend anymore than he had to. He was told what our charge would be upfront and he told us to proceed with the job. Armstrong Plumbing has been in business for 28 yrs. We pride ourselves on quality of work, professionalism and expertise. This customer, challenged our 14 year plumber and ignored his advise throughout the whole visit.After his complaint, our plumber tried to explain the procedure again, on the phone, but the customer interrupted him and would not listen, hanging up the phone on him. We do value all of our customers and we appreciate the customers concerns. We don't want anyone to be dissatisfied with our company so we would be happy to offer a refund of $145.00.
