This complaint is totally invalid without merit. The writer is a Tenant and her opinion is not shared by the Property owner

This Customer had a choice of making a full repair from house to City Tap to the sum of $6,800.00 or Sewer repair from House to Sidewalk for $2,600.00. He choose $2,600. We replaced the pipe at the point in front of his house and installed 2-Lengths of PVC to the good pipe closest to the Sidewalk....

We worked diligently to clear the Tree Roots under the Sidewalk and easement and cameraed the remainder of the Sewer.  Customer was advise to cable the line to maintain growth of the tree roots.  When he contacted the office he was hostile & demanding.  He has even try to have our Bank resend his funds.  Armstrong stands behind all their work and we are more then willing to bring resolution to his dilemma. Armstrong is willing to replace the Sewer from Sidewalk to City Tap witch requires  a Right of Way Bond, permits etc.. for the cost difference of $ 4,200.00.     Sincerely, Armstrong Sewer Services
