Mr [redacted] has filed this complaint under the wrong business.There is no relationship, past or present between Mr [redacted] and Armstrong Property Management, Inc.I would be happy to address Mr [redacted] 's concerns, but if wants to file a complaint, it needs to be with the correct company

Ms. [redacted] and another person where tenants at [redacted] S. Court St., [redacted] , CA. When they moved out, the apartment was dirty, the carpets were dirty and there where repairs. The total cost was $1,183.77 of which $280 was late charges. ...

They had a total balance owing of $458. A statement was mailed to their last known address within the required statute period. They didn't pay the balance and they were turned over to collections. They just need to pay their balance
