We have used Citizens for to years to store our business filesRecently, Citizens began to claim that we have unpaid invoices from We dispute any such claim as we were never notified in of any past due invoicesIn fact, it was not until approximately months ago that Citizens raised this issueWe find it curious and suspicious that Citizens waited several years before bringing this alleged issue to our attentionWe suspect fraudulent activity on the part of Citizens, and have told them as muchThey are now denying us access to our property unless and until we pay the disputed amountWe are both attorneys and the property being stored by Citizens are closed legal filesWe require access to those files should any former client file a complaint against us or choose to sue usWe believe Citizens behavior is both unethic
We contracted with Citizens about a year ago to move us seven miles and it was
A nightmare We had an estimate We then told the agent there would be twice
