switching modems and an ongoing nationwide outage issue that was occurring, that could explain some of the customer's reported issues. At this time I believe everything is up and running and all is fine now. I will personally follow up with the customer to make sure.
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I really don't know we're any of that response came from, I do not have my own modom, nor have I ever plugged any line into another jack. I really don't know what there trying to pull there... The problem has been getting better, I have been working with one of there techs for the past 2 weeks and he has been very helpful ever sense you contacted them. My problem is "being"resolved".
