I hired & paid Armstrong to move my possessions from Thunder Bay Ontario to Sidney, BC
They were paid to pack ($1136.14) & unpack ($232.61)........NO UNPACKING was done.
Product_Or_Service: hired to move my possessions, pack & unpack

Billing Adjustment I would like a refund of $232.61 because they did not do this job
Thank you very much for bringing this to our attention. We are in the business of charging for the services that we provide and if we were unable to provide the services those fees will not apply. I apologize that this had not been resolved right away, once head office was notified we have contacted our customer and advised her that she will be completely refunded for the unpacking and a cheque has been issued. Thank you again for moving with us and we wish you well in your new surroundings.

Hello.......I didn't submit anything sooner because I just received the
refund requested to settle this complaint. I was initially contacted & assured this practise of charging for a service not completed was against this companies policy.
Everyone I talked with has been polite, interested & helpful.....THANK YOU!
