At this time, I have been contacted directly by Trans Continental Credit Collection Corp regarding complaint ID ***, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
The only contact I had with them is another bill with no additional information or explanation as to what the bill
was for other then it was a hospital billI have explained in writing that I am making payments directly to the hospital but they as far as I know have not contacted the hospital nor have they addressed my letter

The person who contacted us by phone did not mention the Revdex.com complaint, but continued to seek payment on the...

erroneous charge. In addition, an attorney representing the credit collector also contacted us by mail. This is really feeling like harassment.We continue to try and resolve the charge with the Hospital Doctor's insurance office, but they have not yet successfully informed their credit collection agency to stop contacting us, but they acknowledge the charges are likely incorrect.
