I ordered my husband some boots from them 15 days ago. The first time we were sent the wrong boots. We returned them like told and was told that the right boots were going to be sent out as soon as they had confirmation that the boots were coming back to them. We are still waiting on the right boots. The boots that we ordered were $60 name brand boots and what we got was $30 no name boots. Customer service excuse was that someone just grabbed the wrong boots.
