Review: In November 2012, I had placed an order while deployed for 2 helmet bags as a farewell gifts for 2 of my fellow pilots who were leaving the deployment due to an early transfer. I received a package with one of the helmet bags, but the other one was never delivered. I attempted to contact the company via email but received no response. I called the company in January using a satellite phone and the customer service representative, [redacted], told me that the order was shipped and that he could do no more. After multiple calls and email placed, [redacted] said that he filed a claim with the post office and is waiting for a response. I have been calling on a weekly basis and I receive the same response as well as a rude attitude from [redacted], the only person who answers the phone.Desired Settlement: I want the item that I paid for sent to my home address since I am no longer deployed.

The customer placed the order with us on 11/**/2012. The customer placed an order for 2 pilot helmet bags. At the time the order was placed, one of the items were sold out and 1 was shipped. The 1 item that was shipped was received by the customer. We have informed the customer the item is temporarily sold out and the customer choose a different color.

The item that the customer had selected was then shipped with USPS and the tracking number is [redacted]. The order was shipped to the address provided:

The customer claims they have never got the package so we have contacted USPS. It took USPS to complete it's investigation and they have informed us that the package was delivered to the APO address provided. Since USPS has informed us the package has been delivered. If the package is unclaimed at the APO and if the package gets returned, we will have no problem with providing the customer with a refund or a new item but until than a new item can not be shipped.

Review: I ordered a tactical vest online from this company (order #[redacted]). Before I did, however, I spoke to a company representative online about this vest as I couldn't order it by size. I was assured it was "one size fits all". Large size (which I am) was not a problem. When I received the vest it was not even close to fitting an adult large size. I had no choice but return the vest, but when I called for a return authorization I learned I could only buy something else at the store which I didn't need or want, or pay a 20% restocking fee. I returned the vest with a note explaining the problem, but was charged the 20% restocking fee anyway.Desired Settlement: I want the $17.99 returned to me that was charged for "restocking" the item that was not what I was led to believe I was ordering.

Review: So here is the story:My husband decided to give me a Christmas present. He visited above mentioned business and purchased 2 pairs of shoes in my size. however one of the pairs are a winter boots that were a little too tight on me. The seller person was ASSURING my husband that if the size is a little bit off he can always bring it back and EXCHANGE. we visited the store today. It turns out that they are completely sold out of the product. 1. I asked the manager to order me a pair(that I would wait). he said he is not going to be ordering boots until next year. 2. I asked if I can order it online from the company website, he said that there are not affiliated with the web company and I cannot use store credit for it. 3. I asked him if he can show me maybe a similar pair that would replace the product that I had, they didn't have anything even close to that4.I asked him for refund(I brought a receipt from my credit card with transaction ID on it), he said that he needs a store hardcopy receipt other wise he cannot do anything for me BECAUSE all copies of the receipts are piled somewhere in the BIG box and he refused to look through them to accommodate me. 5.He wanted to give me store credit, however I don't need anything from that store except shoes that they are not going to have until NEXT year(assuming store credit is not going to expire by that time). I actually need shoes this year BIG SURPRISE.My complaint: My husband was promised an exchange. 1.they were unable to keep to the promise. 2.They couldn't replace it with similar product either.3. they refused a credit card refund so I can buy it somewhere else.I am asking you if you can step in and help me to solve this problem. I think I offered multiple ways to solve it but seller is unwilling to do anything. If they don't have the product or similar products as was promised, I should be able to take my money and buy it elsewhere. I appreciate any help you can provide to resolve the issuethank you in advance[redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund to the credit card or replacement of the product in desirable size as was promised
