Customer was advised at time of sale that installing two doors instead of a door and panel was not a good idea, since they can't be sealed in any way however, this is what they wantedThe proper seals were put on at time of installation but, one
became torn and fell off, it has been replaced, the door that was crooked is straightened out and the vinyl material has been installed. I have never talked to *** *** about this, she called at 5:one evening and left a long drawn out threat of what she intended to do to me which I still have recorded.When the shower was done I dealt completely with her ex husband, who was doing all the work in the bathroomBefore blaming me for all of her problems, maybe, she should make sure all the other work is done correctly

I am rejecting this response because: The business never advised me or my contractor that this would be a month long project I would have chosen a different vendor. I was never advised that doors was a bad idea as this type of door is displayed on there website as an item being offered and was ordered. The poor workmanship caused mold damage to my basement ceiling and I do plan to pursue the cost of replacement tiles. I am very happy my message was recorded at the place of business as I will request that to be presented as a part of my complaint. I have recorded many dates and times of the months of follow up on this business and there extreme lack of professionalism and responsiveness to a customer who paid in full over months ago is completely unacceptable
